Red Dot is one I always tend to skip, but it's not really a song.
I don't think I find any of the songs bad enough to say they are the "worst songs".

Parachutes
Who You Are.
I just realize when I hear these songs I think "mmm, a bit boring".
Not that they are bad songs, but we have to state our least favorite songs here, so there they are!
In the beginning I didn't like Rival, but that song really grew on me after I heard it live.
I think the ending of Johnny Guitar is so awesome!
I love all the songs on Riot Act, can't get enough of those. My favorite album.

Random thoughts:
I like a lot of the "experimental" tracks -- Red Dot, Hummus, Aye Davanita. My twelve-year-old LOVES Bugs -- it was one of the highlights of Philly4 for him. And Push Me, Pull Me is one of my favorite PJ songs; I think it's brilliant.
Immortality -- This is a song that I had to see live to appreciate. I always thought it was okay, but seeing it live really blew me away.
Last Kiss -- I have a real soft spot for songs from that era. As for why PJ played it, I think that's very closely related to the fact that the guys are a bunch of music geeks. I am appreciating the nature of music geek-ness more and more as my son (also a music geek) grows up. As far as I can tell, a real music geek can find the joy or the beauty in just about any kind of music. See my comment about Bugs, above.
