    Most bosses aren't bosses because they want to be liked.They have a job to do ... yes I am a boss,and I know there are many times the team I manage probably think I deliberately want to make their lives difficult,I don't but if their not doing their job,then I have to raise that with them.

    I've come to the conclusion that after 27 years in the work force that most boss's seem to only acknowledge/promote ass kissers...I figure that is how they became a boss by kissing but along the way (unless you own your own business of course), so in most case's that I've come across the most competent person is not in charge.
