Real people are behind all the typed words on the screen

There are ways I always demonstrate
that I care that you're a real person
ways I demonstrate that we all have feelings
I am careful not to hurt you
in fact, I try to spread kindness
I don't try to embarrass you or
make you do things that would be bad for you
I don't try to manipulate you
I don't ever forget that you have a real life with people who depend on you
and I remember that I have people that count on me out here
but mostly, I remember that everyone has feelings
even people who only communicate here with words on a screen

    I think it is good to always remember this. :)
    You can do a lot of good, or cause a lot of harm - so it is definitely better to spread kindness.

    Yes, we are all real people, but it sure is hard to remember that sometimes, kind of like it is hard to remember that celebrities and politicians are real people. Thanks for the reminder.

    Faith and love, family and God.

    Eddie means the world to me.
    Someone I do not know but do, who has encouraged me through his creativity
    to continue in my darkest hours. He speaks to my heart.
    My hope in this life is to try, through my words and love,
    to help others as he has through his.

    I try to put a face on everyone here.
    It is helpful and fun too.

    Most are kind, some are so funny, some creative, some genius,
    some I have much more in common with then they
    will ever know.

    if we could only feel each others hearts.

    Gee, I'm wondering now what my cyber-face must look like to you. Please don't judge me by all of the Dinghy Dog posts that you read, as they are mostly my husband and we are very different. We have been sharing the same account since we've had to pay to use, that's why I write Mrs. Dog at the end of my posts. However I haven't been coming to this forum for ages and when I do it is normally to the art and poetry section, and generally my husband writes in the other sections, so there is not very much overlap. You probably will not remember the 'real' me, but I used to be 'pacifier' a long time ago.

    You have a wonderful ambition in life, to help others through your words and love. It's a great goal and so much more important and benificial than other goals like making lots of money or being the best at something.

    I do remember pacifier! I love the screen name :D

    Yes money is meaningless I have found, being the best at something, not sure I ever have.
