    Seriously, I don't understand how you won't know whether she got it or not. My pre-order on Best Buy.com says "backordered" so I doubt I'll see that, but as long as my Amazon package is home when I get there, I'll be good.

    i've got the same status on best buy for my pre-order. i'm really not optimistic i'll see it fulfilled. i talked to someone at a best buy store today and there are no copies here in duluth or anywhere down in the twin cities! i also called 4 indie stores between here and the cites and found 0. one store had 3 but all gone. one of them told me their distributor told them it was discontinued and they won't be receiving any more that they had ordered.

    anybody end up with 2 and want to part with one for a fair price?

    Yep, and good timing too. Little worried as it's the holiday's & shipping this time of year packages get backed up for day's.

    Another made it to Canada (Hamilton)... came with a bend in the sleeve and a scuff on it though :(

    I received mine from Amazon today, very excited. HOWEVER, it is a christmas present that I am giving to my brother to give me :lol: so I can't open it. It is quite an enormous vinyl and I was wondering if anyone knows if it fits inside of a regular plastic 12" vinyl sleeve? I know it is 3 vinyls but I managed to get Lost Dogs into one and I was hoping to do the same here.

    It barely fits. It actually split the top of the sleeve after I put the book in.. I saw sleeves online somewhere that said they were slightly bigger than standard, to fit things like 3 record sets... I forget where it was. Maybe bagsunlimited.com?
    I ain't got no fly'n shoes..

    i got an 'item is backordered' e-mail from my best buy pre-order. it says they expect to ship in 1-2 weeks. i'm still not very optimistic my order will get filled. but there's a chance.
