yeah it seems silly that we pay a membership and have to find out news from outside sources (facebook, twitter etc). but at least there are awesome fans out there that like to help each other out.

also, music direct--not sound stage direct--has removed their pre-order for the vinyl. i sent an e-mail asking why it was pulled, and i received a reply saying they simply are unsure of the amount of stock they will receive (ie: they do not want to oversell the pre-order). music direct will still take pre-orders over the phone that place you at the bottom of the pre-order list with no guarantees. just a heads up for everyone who may wonder why it disappeared.

Any local Canadian record stores selling copies this December 13th? Even online Canadian record stores? I can't find any (other then Amazon.ca which is still taking pre-orders even if the stock is temp).

i called musicdirect.com.
They said they have 2 orders placed with sony, the first one is enough to fulfill all pre-orders (pre-orders ship on the 13th) with enough leftover for their inventory. My local record store has a few copies coming in, the record store near my office has a few coming in.
What I'm saying is, that I'm pretty sure there will be PJ20 available for everyone.
Sure 10c sold out, but they are also out of "Ten" and other things that are still widely available.
Amazon pre-sold their fist batch, they are getting more as well.

after my first post about music direct, i checked their website for the hell of it, and the pre-order is back up. i guess wires must have been crossed due to the reply i got from them in an e-mail and what you heard when you called them. oh well. shit happens.

1,500 would be an awesome amount.

but i doubt we will ever know....the best we have done on quantities to this point is white backspacer which santo said was between 500 and 5000

Benaroya was 2,000 and only available through 10c.
I doubt this is less than that and available at all these other outlets.

i received a call from soundstage direct regarding an order i placed for it. they heard a rumor it was 1,500. of course they could be wrong, but with easy street not getting much at the moment and all these outlets having pre-orders, who knows.
