"Mookies" to Celebrate 20 years!

I made these Delicious "Mookies" to celebrate 20 years of the best music - you can add what 'ever' you like!
"Mookies" (Muffins with Cookie tops)
2 cups of cream whipped
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 eggs
Mix the above, then add:
2 cups of sifted Self Raising flour
1 cup of oats, or coconut, or nuts, or...whatever fibre you have!
1 cup of dates, or choc chips or Sultanas
Mix thoroughly and bake in single Pie dishes for approx. 30 mins @ 180/350 degrees.
Your Mookie should have a cakie bottom and a cookie top.
Enjoy with PJ blasting!
