Taking my wife there on Monday for her birthday. Can anyone suggest anything off the beaten track? We've been there a couple times and have seen all the tourist places.

    You want to stay at Santa Maria Suites the place is incredible and the staff is great

    If she likes to fish, great...if not, she'll still love it. Hire a flats fishing guide. He'll boat you out to the most scenic spots. Even if she just brings a book it's a great few hours out on the water. And it's not open water so no seasickness involved.
