help! how do you enable cookies?

I'm at work and I can't get into the tenclub goods section or even log in as it says my computer needs cookies to be enabled.

I HAVE to buy tickets for Wembley at 5pm today and I don't want to miss out because of this! So please help - what do I do to enable the cookies??

    tools -> internet options -> privacy tab -> move the slider all the way down to the bottom to "accept all cookies"

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
