why do some european dates say no tickets are available?

Such as Portugal, Spain, Austria, etc? Is it just that they have not been arranged yet or something?

    not sure about Lisbon as it lists a venue rather than a festival but the rest are festivals... you can already purchase for Austria..the rest seem to be on sale in February sometime.

    Either they are festivals or they have not started the club pre-sale yet.
