If you do I really really really need your help!!

I'm after the Collectors Edition Skyrim Strategy Guide (hardback) for a Christmas present. This is what it looks like:

It's sold out everywhere online and in stores other than Best Buy - however Best Buy won't ship Internationally. If you happen to be in a BB store I'd be so unbelievably grateful if you could have a quick look and pick up a copy for me. Obviously as soon as you let me know you have a copy I'll send you the funds (+shipping) straight through to you via PayPal.

Even if a couple of you manage to pick one up at the same time, don't worry I'll take them all off your hands - my brother in law and nephew would also be very grateful to have one!

That's a huge game. I imagine a strategy guide would be very helpful.

I just got mine yesterday. It's sold out just about everywhere in this area, I think I got the last available copy. I had to reserve a copy online with one store, they had to have one moved from another store that somehow didn't sell it.

And my wife went in to pick it up. She said she walked into the store and said, "I'm here for the book, where's the damn book!" The staff all laughed and one girl asked, "what book?" (just to make sure that's what it was) My wife said, "you know what book, the only one that matters."

Amazon.com is selling them for between 75 to 99. Ebay goes for about 60-70. It's crazy.


And early reports put first week sales of the game at 12 million, that's around three quarters of a billion dollars in sales. :shock:

Seems like the hard part is over, locating and purchasing. The rest should be easy.

I live in the Southern USA, lots of rednecks (for lack of a better term) so I'm shocked that this book is sold out every where.

That's pretty big... But not as big as CODMW3. God did that game get old fast.

I have the hardcover and I've confirmed the soft cover has identical content, just not as fancy.

Ooh stummers, you are at all worried, I don't mind if you have someone else who can get to a Best Buy sooner to check in person. Order is easily canceled/returned. I know how badly you want this. Just wanted to offer that up in case someone is literally next to a Best Buy that has copies
