I'd say this is about right. The live cd/dvd package is one of my top purchases in the last decade and You Can't Quit Me Baby is one the greatest songs I've heard live.

So I got into QOTSA pretty late in the game...started with Songs for the Deaf liked it through and through. Than went to Like Clockwork...liked it beginning to end so I figured they probably are really good...just ordered Rated R on vinyl...I'm pretty sure Im heading towards buying all their albums.

Im curious how everyone's lists will change with Like Clockwork...GREAT album. Their was a thread somewhere here when it was released with some mixed reviews.

  • ...Like Clockwork would rank second in the list for me. We listen to it all the time, there is some fantastic stuff on there. I wish they would tour again!

...Like Clockwork would be in my top 3 also. Like Leeze said, its incredible. In no order S/T, Rated R and Clockwork are my top 3. Give Them Crooked Vultures a listen too, another incredible Homme project.

I'm worried to buy Era Vulgaris it seems to be bottom feeder on most lists...than again that's where most would find Riot Act on a Pearl Jam list and that's actually my favorite album :)

Its not bad, just maybe not as complete as the others. The first side of the alum isnt stellar in my opinion. However, the second half is excellent. Battery Acid through Run, Pig, Run are all great songs.
