Itunes Kids are Twenty download - Help!

I rented the hd Kids are twenty and I can't seem to get the download to work. Is it supposed to be under the Store tab and Downloads? It said I have an itunes download but it won't open. How did everybody download it after rental purchase?

    surely someone who rented this from itunes can help me out? I just need to know how you downloaded it after buying the rental.
