I would be freaking the fuck out, I hate bugs and to be on a plane and not be able to get away from them, or know what nook or cranny the next one will come out of, consider me in full PANIC mode.

They would have had to land the plane at the next closest airport.

so you're what... 5ft 3? and something 1.25 inches long scares you

i will agree it's not ideal and a bit gross

I think we know the answer to that. I would have pushed the plate of food away, and kept on drinking.

I'm with P&E...bugs freak me the f*ck out. The dude is a lawyer...of course they're suing, his fiancee is probably thinking "$100k wedding!"

I'd sue too, I'm with you Pure....I DETEST bugs. I so would have caused a scene on that plane.

Totally agree. This is such bullshit. Suing over this? Ridiculous. Maybe complain and get a free flight or something in that area. But $100k  Seriously, AirTran should tell them to F off. The unfortunate thing is that they will get some settlement out of it.

Personally I love bugs and insects and such. But cockroaches? Cockroaches aren't bugs. Cockroaches are disgusting freaky aliens sent from outer space to freak us out.
