Looking for a poster artist **FOUND ONE***

Willing to pay. I'm looking for someone to do a Pearl Jam gig poster for me for a show before they started doing gig posters. I only want one, to block mount with the rest of my PJ poster collection. This is not for reproduction or to sell.

It is for the show in Gimli, Manitoba, Canada: the Sunfest festival. August 14, 1993. Gimli is a viking town, so I was looking at using this image in some way.

also to incorporate the sunfest logo: (the sun with the shades and backwards hat on this poster)

Along with that, just Pearl Jam's name and the date and maybe the names of some of the other bands on the bill (like The Watchmen, The Headstones, possibly others).

you wouldn't even have to ship it. just send me a high res image of the file and I could get it printed myself. we could negotiate price after going through the specs of the poster.

    Just to throw out an idea. Maybe in the vikings left hand have a guitar and in the right a microphone. Possibly have his foot resting on a speaker? You know, swap out what is already there for some rock related stuff. Can't wait to see what someone comes up with. If I had any talent in photoshop, like some people on the board do, I would take this on on a heartbeat. I am terrible, so sorry and good luck in your search!

    that's crazy. that's the exact same idea I had for this as well, except instead of the mic in one hand I was going to have a beer (Sunfest was a major boozefest). thanks for the input!

    contact www.the dirtygem.com. Her name is Emily and her work is fantastic. She did some side show art for me that was stunning. 4 x 6 foot pieces for $300 each. Reasonable Montpelier, VT
    Has PJ ever been to VT ? If not they have something in common with George W.
