Can't wait. Been looking at the SA setlists and they look great. However, I've never been to any PJ concert out of North America, so I'm looking forward to discover what an open-air show surrounded by ticos and ticas feels like. Something tells me it's going to be amazing. Plus I get one week to relax on the Pacific coast thereafter...

I've seen this on a few other posts, but Oceans will definitely be the opener.

    Absolutely!! Oceans gotta be the one!! Here in Costa Rica everybody talks about the show like no other i've ever known about. I am waiting for the best band in the world to play in our small but beautiful country!! Pura vida Pearl Jam :D

    I can’t wait...You will have a great time... let me tell you... It’s going to be one of the biggest concerts ever here in CR.

    Just put together…40,000 fans that have been waiting 20 years for this band… I mean the last big band (not counting chili peppers) was Metallica back on 03/07/2010… not more than 30,000 people and it WAS loud… I can’t even think of a word to explain it… there was people camping outside of the venue for a MONTH… same or even more passion will be felt NOV 20TH here in CR…

    I am unclear were to get the tix once in country as well. I am in favor of Oceans as the opener but really want to hear Come Back too!

    Four days now. I've seen in other posts that tickets will be available at the venue Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Just bring a copy of the e-mail confirmation and the credit card that was used for the purchase.

    I'll be in the Even Flow section, I was not courageous enough to try the first rows. Since my tico friends have been waiting 20 years to see PJ, it's gonna be crazy out there! I want nothing less than the 30-more song sets I've seen on the SA tour. The band is not playing for four days after the show (surf), so the batteries will be full.

    This will be my 38th show and still have not seen Oceans- its my white whale so Id LOOOVE for it to be!!! I'd also take Undone somewhere in the set :)

    Having a hard time figuring out the ticket pick up too- the email from the ticket vendor says to pick up the tickets at "CREDIX" which I think is inside another building but not really sure-

    ok.. CREDIX is a credit card company that has counters inside EPA Ferrerteria. There's one EPA within 10 minutes from the venue and its surroundings but the promoter will have a box office at the venue from fri to sun

    When will you arrive and where are you staying???

    I am staying at Barcelo Real Palma near the venue, arriving Friday night leaving Tuesday.

    Are you saying that i can go to the venue on Saturday and pick up the tickets? Thatd be really helpfull!!

    That's correct my friend... just go there after 10:00 am and before 06:00 pm and you'll be able to get your tickets and see the line (they started yesterday for ALIVE section) !!!

    Holy crap- Im in Alive too! In Europe 2006 I was in line for like 10+ hours a day and got my front row all 8 shows. Guess thats not happening this time... Still gonna be amazing.

    today on my way to work I passed in from of the venue... there were like 15 camping tents in line.. people are taking turns so I guess it will be very hard to be up front...

    anyway.. first time in C.R means a killer show, anywhere you are !
