what's your most eye-opening moment in life
where you could most relate to the lyrics
"If I had known then what I know now"
?????

I have so many of them its hard to choose just one
but I'd have to say
its a culmination of all the things i see my own children doing/not doing
when it comes to the grandbabies
and i know that its a learning process that i really should not interfere with (its the small stuff)
i think back to when i was struggling to know how to do the right thing with my kids
and i think
oh...if I had known then what I know now
things might have been different

but they turned out OK despite my not having read the manual :)

    some things I would have done different

    my most eye opening though would have to be my decision to have an abortion
    in the fall of 1972 when I was 16

    knowing what I know now.... I would have chosen life

    Had I known then (college) what I know now (6-7 years out), I would have gotten a ton more chicks! :lol:

    I would have realised the moment my actions seriously injured love .... irreparably :cry:

    I've made some huge mistakes in my life, but at this point in time I am happy with where I'm at. So if I changed something years ago who knows what else would change.
