    killer setlist
  • Lots of us actually missed Do The Evolution a lot, to be honest.
Amazing set, ok, but still not perfect.
Fine by me! One more reason to keep on attending more and more events! =)
Oh, but I tell you: it is something different to live these things in your hometown... I am so grateful!

I haven't looked back at the rio set list again but i didn't think that one could be outdone this quickly...but wow...very next show...this f'n huge....amazing...love set list...in particular the ending...from betterman to the end..."Footsteps is an all time top 5 song" for me...and i love Baba over Rockin' free world...sorry just like it better....and then to not end it there and still finish w/ y ledbetter....the way they end some shows is really big for me and this one may take awhile to top...in my eyes obviously...i know we all have our favs...like many others on here...yes, i'll get the boot also....

  • I just came back from Curitiba. Amazing Set.

I don't have words to describe. Tomorrow Porto Alegre.

I am still missing ANY song from Binaural. Riot Act also only appeared with Save You.
Come on, PJ... let's play some Rival, Insignificance or Grievance.
    In love with music

As far as it goes... Rio has been the most vibrant one.
Friday Sao Paulo and Curitiba are tied on second place.
Thursday Sao Paulo was a disappointment.

Yesterday Curitiba started cold, not ver responsive. As the set progressed it got much better.
Some people were more concerned about getting pictures to place on facebook than watching the show per se.
Anyway... each person have their own concert experience.

Hey guys who went to other shows... Did the "Balloon act" happen only here in Curitiba, or in São Paulo and Rio too?! The group was really amazed with that thing!!

I think that had 25-27k yesterday! We can't compare it to Rio, and obviously, with São Paulo friday's show.

I really know that the group really loves Brazil and the cities they're playing... this is great for US!! ;)

PS: I forgot to say. Yellow Ledbetter solo, which Mike hold a Yellow Balloon on his right hand and played only w/ left hand was amazing!!!! He had fun w/ that!! haha

Hermanos, prepare yourselves for the best show of your life. Mine was yesterday ;)
  • Breath!! hope they do it on buenos aires too
    can't wait, i'm so excited...
  • I forgot. The poster art, which have a blue bird, represents Paraná's symbol (not the soccer team, the state... hehe). Another awesome art ;)

It seems they did something similar in Rio during Black...people threw black baloons.
This should continue on PA and the rest of the tour! 8-)

I was at the show some hours ago and still stoned!

Also was at 2005 shows in Curitiba and Sao Paulo and listened A LOT the bootlegs from the SA Tour from that year. At that time, in my opinion, the Rio show was the best by far but now….MAN!!….IN HIDING….FOOTSTEPS….RED MOSQUITO… SUPERSONIC….BREATH – 32 songs !!! AND THE CROWD !!!!!!!!!!!!! red balloons from the crowd on (in? at? I dont know the correct :D ) Betterman and yellow balloons on Yellow LedBetter.

Almost sure Eddie was crying at the end of the show.
REALLY lucky seeing all that !

PS I thought that they were playing Porch in a different chord (at least in the beginning) and not a tuning problem… :D

A t-shirt was throw at the stage and Eddie catched in the air and read it "Thank you to come back" back and "PJ saves my life every day" front ; Eddie: "WE thank you to have you all back on the show" (or something like that :D ) really nice!

Morumbi, Apoetose e Curitiba... I saw these three amazing shows, they are getting better and better. Amazing tour...Tk, PJ..

Seems to me Pearl Jam just keeps on raising the bar on this South American tour...I wish I could have attended a few more...But, I was lucky enough to go to the two Sao Paulo shows....Lets hope it doens't take another 6 years for pearl jam to return for another South American tour...I will be going to see PJ next time they tour Brazil/S.A...

I think we can officially now say that non-album tours by the band are superior setlist-wise.

Hey friend, I'm jealous that your hometown hosted such a great show! I'll be getting the bootleg for sure. Here's to hoping you get Marker in the Sand your next show.
