No idea about the rest.
I think the center Green Pedal is: Way Huge Eletronics Green Rhino Overdrive
Yellow AC Booster Pedal: Xotic Effects AC Booster
For me, the first pedal after Wah seems to be an EP Boost. It's very similar...
I thought that the Yellow next to Wah was an Electro Harmonix, because the knobs are just the same of the Big Muff, but I didn't find anything...
Mike changed completely his set on this tour. BD2 and TS9 aren't there...
AC Boosters are a great great piece in a pedal line up.
E. Lansing-98 Columbus-00,03,10 Detroit-00,03 (1&2),06, 14 Cleveland-03,06,10 Toledo-04, Grand Rapids-04,06 London-05, Toronto-05, Indianapolis 10, East Troy (1&2) 11, Chicago 13, Detroit 14
Well, apart from the ones identified, the one on the far right is a CAE Wah and the little black one is a CAE Boost/Line Driver as previously conjectured.

It's a Diamond Compressor: I wonder how he uses it... as fa as I know, Mike never used a compressor... the little white one, right after the wah, most probably is a Lovepedal Amp50... Between the Boiling point, the Green Rhino (which is a refined Tubescreamer), the AC booster and thr Amp50 he has quite a lot of gain option!!! And this without even looking at the yellow footswitch (may an amp selector+mute+???) I'm really curious about it!!!
Oh, and also the Rotosphere disappeared...

Yeah, you got it . Thanks!!
He changed everything. DL4 and FM4 are the only one he kept. For me, it seems he is using the RockBox as it is a marshall in a box, to crunch. I don't know why 3 boosters. One may be, as you said, to increase gain, another maybe for solos, I don't know... Maybe because he uses many different guitars, some w/ humbuckers and a few stratos w/ single, to keep it at the same volume?!
The compressor, I really don't know why. I

Maybe he uses the guitar manager jx44 to let his tech switch guitars, and contemporarily let himself switch amp channels... Wait: amp channels? Ok the 65 Amps Empire has indeed channels, but not the Satellite Atom (his new amps)... Mistery continues :?:
