Have you ever had 3 X bad luck?

When I was a kid my old man told me bad luck comes in threes. For me, recently it was 1) trouble with my left ear, 2) having my hard drive fry and as of last night, 3) slipping on a wet floor. I badly slammed my head (it literally bounced off a hard floor) and back. Spent three + hours in an E.R. last night. Got a mild concussion, bad contusion to my lower back and a few bruised ribs. I feel like a train wreck today but that's three and thank God, I'm done with bad luck!

I've noticed this. My most recently noticeable occurance was:

1) Losing my radio show as the station I was at folded.

2) Getting a windshield crack on the same day as losing the show.

3) Having the alternator in my car shit out.

Nothing terrible, and I don't complain cause I know it could be much worse... but I did notice the 1, 2, 3 effect.
