Best way to listen to music on laptop?

I am kind of stuck with listening to my music off MP3s on my laptop. I know FLAC and other files are better but until I get more memory on my laptop I have to settle for MP3s.

My question what should I do? Speakers? DAC? Both? More stuff?

Anybody have some thoughts about how to enhance music listening experience from a laptop, I am all ears?

    Playing FLACs really won't affect your memory size at all, trying using Winamp.

    What is your laptop spec?
