    some sort of chicken stuff I slop together in the slow cooker

    1# of chicken thighs (or however much the individual package weighs)
    1- jar of salsa

    toss in a slow cooker on high for all day...it's like southwest pulled pork (but chicken)

    shit...I need to make rice or something... :x

    Salad I just threw together with spring mix, avocado, radish, carrot, tofu, and chick peas. Its good.

    just got back from a kids b-day party at a bowling alley and my head hurts!
    I have some nice chicken and broccoli rabe sausages, just might have to do some grilling while kids are twenty is playing

    Those pancakes weren't very good.....but I can't really complain to the cook, because she will take it personally. :lol::lol:
