chris cornell songbook album sounds INCREDIBLE

holy fuck his voice sounds unreal on the songs he leaked out...can't wait to hear the rest. saw him in bridgeport and it was amazing

the one thing i wish is that he included mind riot, like suicide, when i'm down, sweet euphoria, man of golden words, burden in my hand, and say hello to heaven...i think he should do a fuckin volume 2 songbook album...i mean these versions of the four songs he released are better than the originals...his voice is better than its ever been

    I was thinking the same thing last night as I was listening to a few of the tracks released on iTunes. Simply incredible. Can't wait to see him Dec 3.

    Ya I was disappointed with the tracklist, not even Say Hello 2 Heaven which he plays every show..

    His voice is so good in Songbook shows cos he doesn't have to sing over SG.

    As you can see, there's far than enough for a 2nd volume. I'd especially love to hear Man of Golden Words in good quality. He really kills that one. Plus, out of curiosity, some of the Audioslave tracks like Dandelion and Heaven's Dead that must sound very different acoustically.
