New Dog. Need a Name. PJ - Like Name

We are trying to think of names. I really like the name Mookie. Its not really impressing the wife too much and she is acting like she is naming a human child.

This is a rescue. We have been looking for years for a companion for our JRT named Scooter. Young female JRTs arent available for rescue too often.

here she is:

    Wow, she's cute! :D

Mookie is OK but doesn't seem like a girl's name to me.

Check out the Doggie Thread. Lots of good dogs with good names there.

My sister named my mom's cat Stone, and she named her cat Riot(for riot act...). I like 'em both.

I like Faith as well. I was looking at my 20 month old pup the other day, his name is Monty....I should have called him Mookie! It would have fit for sure.

She's gorgeous! I had a lil' female cat who was first named Mookie and it suited a girlie fine! But we changed her name because her brother was Dookie and it just got too confusing (her name is now Mojo).

So Mookie is a good name!

i like a few. thanks for the suggestions.

Some great ideas. Im going to try to push some.

Ill post pics in the doggie thread. As well as more of Scooter who was posted in there awhile back.

Im glad Im 'rescuing'. But let's face it, its not that noble as she would have no trouble finding a home. I just cannot rescue an adult dog (which is a real rescue) due to compatibility issues with our incumbent dog. I do feel good though Im not supporting any sort of mill... or even a breeder.
