    and like i said ..most people wouldn't think about surfing..unlike every other sport(which we have all played)

    kelly is a good golfer ..tiger wouldn't think about gettting on a wave

    same with most other pro athletes

    Surfing isn't the most popular sport. Congrats to him though, that's an achievement for any competitor.

    Incredible athlete. I live in Ohio, but travel A LOT, and am starting to get into surfing while hitting up different places. I don't think people realize the athleticism it takes- especially to achieve something like this. I think it's impossible to determine a best athlete, but he's definitely amongst the best. So anyway- good stuff!

    he is def. a top 3 athlete in the past 20 years

    the skills it takes to ride waves is really unbelievable ..especially in white shark infested /20 ft waves/coral reefs 1 ft below the impact zone....and on and on and on

    yes it is,but we ride ussy waves...go to pipeline and try it....but don't fall..its not jersey sand..its hawaii coral

    KS is beyond an athlete. He is perfection on the water. He is like an Einstein or a Beethoven of his craft. Just watch him compared to other surfers and you will see. Laird is like that too. A whole other level.
