who lost power this weekend?

anybody else without power still from the storm in the eastern coast this weekend? We lost it around 4 saturday, saying up to 7 days before it's back on. lots of damage in western MA. not fun

    I was in CT all weekend visiting my sister and her family for her BDay. We tried going out for her dinner reservation on Saturday, only to have to turn around and go back home. It was NASTY on the roads.

    They lost power yesterday morning. We drove back to our home in MA (Norwood) and everything was fine...no damage or power outages.

    No power for about 2-3 hours Saturday morning

    I still have no power in CT, lost it around 1130 saturday night and we are looking at a few days before we get it back. Damage here is pretty unreal, probably the worst Ive seen since Hurricane Gloria in 1985

    Same boat. I'm in Agawam and have heard the same reports. But some traffic lights were working on my way into work today. I think Bruburger at the end of 57 is open now if you need a burger and a beer ;)

    I lost power in Northampton, MA around 6pm on Saturday...while I was having dinner at Sierra Grill. It was out all day yesterday but it came on this morning.

    We lost power 5:00 pm on Saturday, and it came on at 2:40 pm today.

    We still don't have power (since Saturday afternoon). My husband and I are staying at a hotel, as the electric company doesn't anticipate restoration till Thursday, for 95% of their customers. I feel so bad for my kitties. The house is freezing. I'll be checking on them twice a day; to give them fresh food, meds, and lots of kisses.

    lost around 5pm saturday, eta to get it back is friday night at 11 pm.....hopefully it comes on sooner, 51 degrees in the house when I got up for work this morning

    I only did for a little while, while I was sleeping, My parents and a lot of my friends lost it, almost all have it back now!

    Basically, we were without water, electricity and landline phone service for 3 days. I was happy when everything was restored. Ya know, it really put things in perspective, though. I couldn't help but think about all the poor people who have lost their homes, loved ones including pets, due to hurricanes and other natural disasters. So, what happened here in NJ, was nothing more than a minor inconvenience.
