Gosh, I hope so. Pearl Jam hasn't been my way since '03. That's a long time! Granted they were both amazing shows in their own right (KC & Omaha), but still, PJ spread the midwest love!

well i don't think there's going to be a new album until after 2011 cause of the re-release and how that is pretty much all leading into some grand 20th anniversary thing.
Jeff has already said they hope to release a new album next summer or fall (Portland interview) it could even be later than that... so why do so many people think it will be released next spring? I'll take a spring release but it ain't happening..
I think the band will try to time the release of the new album to benefit from the publicity and attention that the "Ten" reissue will create in the Spring. You heard it here first!

so after research i have been convinced of a new album...and yeah i guess they are hoping with the rock band thing, and the reissue of Ten, they are hoping to enlarge the fan base and with that i guess more record sales for the new album in late 09

I am hoping for one U.S. festival in 2009 tho. That would be perfect.
