I just have to get this off my chest:

You know that this beer is being sold in the state of DE as well as at the brewry but the the only place that most people can find it is at Ebay they are selling them for $50 to $60 per beer and most of them are buying them for $12 something a beer. What happened to helping each other out you know there has to be people on this forum that has access to it , and to those that have access and have helped people out a big thanks goes out to you, but to the people that are not helping people out and could thats wrong. I will make a promise if I come across any of the beer and I can buy more than one I will sell the other one to some one at the same price I bought it for plus shipping of course. I did not mean to offend any one but I had to get it off my chest.

  • Maybe they need money to pay off their PJ20 trip expenses debt/credit cards. :)
Believe me I wish I had a $12 Faithful Ale too, but I ain't paying $50 for a beer just to hang onto the bottle (which is really what this is all about, right? I mean, there are a million different kinds of specialty craft good beers out there, any one of them might be as good or better than the actual beer... but the bottle doesn't say Pearl Jam on it).
You should have heard what my wife said when I said I wish I could track down a bottle of Pearl Jam beer...

  • If I get one I am going to drink it and if some one wants the bottle after that they can have it.

I would love to have some of this beer, but living in Central IL it is nowhere around and won't be. I've called several stores that sell craft beer and nobody I called in a 100 mile radius will be carrying this. If you find some let me know. Cheers.

I haven't told my wife. I will accept the  if I find one. Why deal with it if I don't have to?

Went to beer distributor tonight. They are doubting they will get any at this point, but will email me if they do. They get everything, so kind of surprising. Maybe, PJ beer is boycotting Long Island, also. Oh, well. 90 minute ipa was consolation prize.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

I hear ya. I wouldn't have mentioned it, knowing that Dogfish does not even have my state on their list of "where to find our beer." It was one of those "Ooh, while we're in Chicago next month I might try to find some PJ beer..."

Dude. I got you relax! I told you when you PM'd me to give me a few days. It doesn't sond like much to take a fifteen minute ride, but when you work full time and have kids and family and many other things going on... It's not at the top of my to do list. I went last Sunday after breakfast, but forgot they didn't open until 12. I will get there this weekend. You contacted me first, had a couple others. But I'm sorry I can't supply the whole board. Not that I don't want to, I don't have time.
  • It is allocated to 1btl/per person where I live. retailers that get it, are only getting one case. not a lot of beers...only 220 miles from the brewery. most of the country will never taste this beer. just remember to share the beer with a fellow fan, it's 750ml... enough for two friends to sit, sip and reminisce about the last twenty years. Talk about life, love, family, friends, and the band that was there for it all. that, to me, is worth any price.

Also take note of this :
Dogfish Head announced that it will donate $20,000 to The Nature Conservancy, a US charitable environmental organization that works for the preservation of natural community, plants and animals.

No beer rage; it's for a good cause...

one last thing: "We're faithful, we all believe, we all believe it"
The moon still follows me overhead...

TABC did NOT approve the label and therefore this beer will NOT be available anywhere in Texas.

    Sorry.

I would really appreciate that, pay the amount for shipping to europe, and think of you in my prayers every day! No chance for me in europe to get one...only if I'm willing to pay $ 80 including shipping

  • I'll be highly amused when hordes of people end up disappointed in this beer because it's far too potent for their tastes. Me, i'm a DF fan and a connoisseur of the art of beer. But folks need to know this isn't going to taste like Bud Light Lime.
  • thanks for the update tenzing n.,sucks for me!! guess i wont be getting a bottle :(
