How do you post pictures on here?

I don't do this very often but I cannot figure out how to post pictures. Any help?

Use the image tag that is above the posting box and put the url to the image in between them.

It'll look like:

[img*]http://www.theurltoyourimage.jpg[/img*]
(Minus the two *'s that I put in there so that the tags would show up on here)

If you need a place to actual upload the picture so that you have a URL to put in there then use something like Photobucket or ImageShack.

It also can't be too big of an image, I think it's 480px wide or something.

Showing images in posts

Adding an image to a post
phpBB BBCode incorporates a tag for including images in your posts. Two very important things to remember when using this tag are: many users do not appreciate lots of images being shown in posts and secondly the image you display must already be available on the internet (it cannot exist only on your computer for example, unless you run a webserver!). To display an image you must surround the URL pointing to the image with tags. For example:

[img][/img]http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif

As noted in the URL section above you can wrap an image in a [url][/url] tag if you wish, e.g.

[img][/img]http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/images/logo.gif

would generate:

you have to first download your pic to your computer and then upload to a public website
