What are the ten albums that you have listened to the most throughout your life....vinyl...cassette...cd...mp3...reel to reel...8 track...any format....a listen is a listen...they are not necessarily your ten favorites .I'll start off the madness:

1) King Crimson-"Red"
2) Genesis-"Three Sides Live"
3) Pearl Jam-"Vs"
4) U2-"The Unforgettable Fire"
5) Rush-"Moving Pictures"
6) Kate Bush-"The Hounds of Love"
7) Yes-"Close to the Edge"
8) Ozzy Osbourne-"Speak of the Devil"
9) Metallica-"Metallica (The Black Album)"
10) Led Zeppelin-"In Through the Out Door"
All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.

pretty sure my list would be pink floyd and pearl jam albums maybe with johnny cash unchained or r.e.m. automatic for the people thrown in near the end. i listened to those a lot when i was younger. if this was a poll from the last 10-12 years there would me much more variety and its quite possible none of those albums would make the list.

Wow. If I had to guess, I'd say, in no particular order:

    Pearl Jam - Ten
    Pearl Jam - Vs.
    Pearl Jam - Vitalogy
    Metallica - Ride The Lightning
    Metallica - Master Of Puppets
Metallica - ... And Justice For All
    Alice In Chains - Dirt
Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
    Slayer - Reign In Blood
And I planted my bolo knife in the neck of mad John Finn. I took his wretched life.
Now I'm over near the bandstand, every hand moving on John Finn's wife...

Filled out and hit submit, realized I wasn't logged in. Moron!
    :D

So I would have to say that this list would be very slanted toward earlier years as I had access to so much less music and tended to listen to the same albums over and over and over.
Best guess, from the age of 10 (1984) through today....most frequently listed to albums:

    (in no order)
ACDC - Back in Black (easily the album I have purchased the most times)
    The Doors - Greatest Hits
The Steve Miller Band - Greatest Hits 74-78
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Blood Sugar Sex Magic
Rage Against The Machine - self titled
Motley Crue - Theater of Pain
    Pearl Jam - Ten
    Bob Marley - Legend
    Led Zeppelin - IV
    Pearl Jam - Vs.
