Meet and Greets

Last night I happen to have tickets to Jane's Addiction at the House of Blues in Atlantic City fall into my hands. Long story short, a buddy of mine gets me tickets to the show and a "Meet and Greet" pass.
Jane's was set to go on at around 10. At 9:30, a group of us were ushered backstage to a hallway where we were informed that instead of the traditional "30 second picture op" we were going to get to see them perform a song on their dressing room. Tick tick tick...we wait in the hallway, joking about the fact that they were due to open their set in just a few minutes. Then we get the word - time to move. Me and my buddy enter this tiny room. Stephen Perkins is straight ahead of us as we enter the corridor leading into the room. We turn the corner and see Perry and Dave. My buddy sidles up to Perry and says, "Where do you want us?" Perry says, "You're cool, man."
They get the group of us in - maybe 10 people max and then the band gives the signal. They play "Ain't no Right." I was literally three feet from Perry - grinning ear to ear. He caught my eye once and broke into a huge grin. When they were done, he put his arm around my buddy and shook my hand. Dave gave me a Howie Mandel fist-bump. Stephen Perkins gave me a high five on the way out of the room and said "Have fun tonight. Don't get arrested." Really cool start to a great night.
Anyone ever have any cool experiences at a "meet and greet" type thing?
BTW: Dave Navarro makes it look easy. Goddamm he was on fire all night. Stephen Perkins is in the top three drummers alive today. And for a guy in his 50s, Perry is still as good a front man as any.
