Still Lazaretto.. Jack White just gets better with each album he does. What a friggin' genius.

New Basement Tapes - Covers of some unearthed Bob Dylan lyrics. Kansas City (Marcus Mumford) is getting air time right now. Really brilliant.

I don't think I ever have 10 albums floating my boat all at once...
Guster's new album Evermotion has been in continual rotation in my car for about 2 weeks.

I hear ya. It's more like a slow row that accumulates albums than a sprint where you blister thru songs. Love this thread b/c it helps me realize and appreciate how long it actually takes for ten albums to work their way into and marinate in one's life. Also like it b/c I really enjoy seeing what albums are floating others. Props to the OP, Gary!

Well said! And I agree it's cool to go back and see what you were listening to in that time and what inspired you!

Howling Bells - Heartstrings... just downloaded it the other day and not sure why I waited 10 months to get it. I wasn't too impressed with their last album, The Loudest Engine, so maybe that's why. It was good, just not as good their previous 2 albums. I'm highly impressed by Heartstrings, though!
