"Stargasm" might be the best metal song I've heard in years. The guitars in the bridge section of the song are amazing.

    Mastodon and Feist are putting out a split 7" this coming Record Store Day. They'll be covering one another's songs, should be interesting.

    I only listened once, don't think it has anything on Crack The Skye, will listen some more

    This is among the album of the year contenders for me. I loved it, though not as much as Crack the Skye. Lemme tell you though, the new songs kick some serious ass live.
  • I listened to it a ton when it first came out but it didnt have the staying power of their previous three records after release for me, but the last couple days I have been thinking of giving it a spin again, probably will today.
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}

    Stargasm is my fave too. You should keep spinning. While I do like Crack the Skye better, the Hunter will grow. Likely my album of the year.

    Agreed! It really is a grower. The first time I heard it I wasn't blown away and felt somewhat let down. But the more I listened, the more I started hearing so many of the little intricacies and fucked up grooves that they do so well. Soon I found many of the songs became stuck in my head and I'd be huming them without realizing it. And now after multiple listens it's become a top 5 album of the year for me. It really is a superb album.
    E agora? Faz xixi na mão e deita fora!
