Drop in the park lp *Got Replacement Thanks Santos*

I just aquired the ten set via trade on here. It was sealed so I opened it and immediately went for this lp. Side b has a factory scratch in it. Like a hair fell on the mold when they were being pressed. I'm playing side one first so not sure if it will play yet. Anybody else have this problem and will it be replaced if it won't play? I will send an email but thought I'd get expert opinions first. The 2nd lp is fine on both sides and everything else is accounted for. The mp3 download I heard doesn't work anymore so I downloaded it from this forum.

    I know a few people had problems with one of their DITP LP's. your issue though is that you didn't directly buy it from 10C, so you might have a hard time getting this replaced. Can't hurt to email them though. or maybe get the person you got it from to do so.

    Thanks, the original buyer sent me his purchase info and I sent an email. I'll let you know what happens.

    Well after the original owner and I sent some emails and PMs, nothing. One response I got was they forwarded it to someone and another was they were too busy putting out fires and would get back to me later. I guess I'm just stuck with a factory scratched LP.

    Just to be safe I would have returned the item to seller, have them return the item and then have them send you a new one.

    That's what could be a problem with unopened items. Say you open it up in ten years and it turns out the vinyl is missing, scratched, two of the same vinyl or other problem. No recourse i'm sure.

    in my experience with 10c and emails, they almost NEVER answer mine. and they are always legitimate questions. it's piss poor customer service if you ask me. why they answer some and not others is kind of puzzling.

    Nice to hear it all worked out. Im sure the Ten Club staff do their best to help us out when ever possible. Most of the time they get a bad wrap. Im sure they love to help when they can. Much love guys/gals :D
