I too have interest in people like this, they help me to feel and connect.

I strive for this, whatever the cost :D

"wearing your heart on your sleeve"

"Someone who becomes devoted to something too easily or gives their heart away quickly.
They might be easily upset by things going on around them."

    "Display one's emotions openly."

    Origin

This phrase may derive from the custom at middle ages jousting matches. Knights are said to have worn the colours of the lady they were supporting, in cloths or ribbons tied to their arms. 8-)

"Wearing your heart on your sleeve means that your feelings are there for everyone to see.

It's not a bad thing at all, it just means that you don't hide what you feel and your emotions are easy to read."

    this is living! :D

I like the origin of this :) And I also try to live by this (and have to, cause I'm a terrible liar ). Sometimes it can get you into trouble, though, cause not everybody is able to handle openness ...
    I agree Leeze very true.

And sometimes even openness can be misinterpreted,
for the one who wears their heart on their sleeve,
some people perhaps perceive it as a weakness when it is farthest from that.

Hope your day is very good.

This is pretty long.... :) ( I was sent this )

    'It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice;
I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do....

Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away.. Just for this time in my life....

Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from what you've put in....

So, deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories!!!!

Thank you for your part in filling my Memory Bank. I am still depositing.
'Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

    1. Free your heart from hatred.
    2. Free your mind from worries.
    3. Live simply.
    4. Give more.
    5. Expect less.

These 2 words simply state the exact solution to not feeling angry, lonely, sad, frustrated, etc...

    truer words were never spoken.
