Pearl Jam vs Ames Bros Hard cover for trade or Sale

Looking to trade the Ames Bros Book for the DVD Deluxe version of PJ 20 movie ( + some extra $ if necessary) or to sell it for $40 + shipping...

Book has hardly been handled... Excellent Condition... Minor corner wear on lower part of book binding.
