    Regardless,
    that ad is offensive.
    Getting the young 'uns
    off the couch + into the sunshine
    has been a battle since they
    invented TV.

    Then we take every activity
    + suck all the fun out of it with
    endless safety procedures + apparatuses.

    Now we're actually attacking
    the cool factor of certain sports;
    not even a sport,
    but a bona fide lifestyle choice?!
    This is horrible.

    Thank you! It was a ridiculous approach for GM to take. Irresponsible in so many ways - health, environment and encouraging debt for college students.
