Introducing Mad Season to the Set List

I think it would be amazing if "River Of Deceit" by Mad Season could one day be introduced into the Setlist. Giving Mike the chance to have the spotlight for one of his most beautiful guitar peices to be played live again would, I'm sure, mean the world to him. Kind of how "Crown Of Thorns" is a way for Jeff and Stone to be able to play a song they are very proud of, it would be great to hear a song that Mike is very proud of. Eddie could nail the vocals on that!

I've always been partial to 'Wake Up' and 'Above,' but yeah I'd love to see some Mad Season covers.
    Don't it make you smile?

I was fortunate enough to see Mike perform River of Deceit not only once, but twice. Both at different benefits here in Seattle over the past couple years, one was the hootenanny for Haiti... The other was the flight to mars show I believe? Jeff Rouse from Loaded performed vocals, and definitely delivered, but hearing Eddie sing the song would be... WOAH :D. I would bet that this will happen at some point, hard to say when and where though.

About 10 people would go bonkers. About 30 would go, oh mad season, cool. About 10,000 would go what the hell is this song.
Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.

I'm gonna guess you don't post in the thread "play Dirty Frank at every show"?

Odd songs sap all energy of crowds. Sorry, just being honest.

I sort of forget that just because I remember when the album came out and have listened to it since then, not everyone else has.
