I have always listened to PJ but never bought a cd, I am on a quest, I need some feed back on what to purchase first.

I know PJ fans love this,
How about a top 5 suggestions please.

Thanks
Chuck Bradford
I'm not sure where I'm going, but I will know when I get there!

  • I guess as far as studio work goes I would choose...

    1 No Code
    2 Yield
    3 Lost Dogs
    4 Ten
    5 VS
the sorrow grows bigger, when the sorrow's denied
  • Ten

In my opinion, VS should be the first to buy. Best all around album.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

    9/29/04 Boston, 6/28/08 Mansfield, 8/23/09 Chicago, 5/15/10 Hartford
    5/17/10 Boston, 10/15/13 Worcester, 10/16/13 Worcester, 10/25/13 Hartford
    8/5/16 Fenway, 8/7/16 Fenway
EV Solo: 6/16/11 Boston, 6/18/11 Hartford,
  • Id say this is a good order for new fans:

    1.Vs
    2.Vitalogy
    3.Yield
    4. Pearl Jam
    5. Live on 2 Legs

assuming you have/know of "ten". if not then take out their self titled album.
    5/28/06, 6/27/08, 10/28/09, 5/18/10, 5/21/10
    8/7/08, 6/9/09

I don't have them all yet either. I'm buying them in chronological order, one per month, and so far I really like this plan! :)

    :)
    Maybe No code... and Vs
I don't have all of them, too... I've just bought in my favourite shop (by internet) Mad season cd's, and PJ: "Lost Dogs", "Riot Act" and "Vitalogy". Still miss "Binaural".
I can't wait for the delivery... My premium is out, but... I just want to hold them in my hands...

Never reilized how many hit's were on VS, it would sure be nice if this album had not got so much radio play, I still need to listen to vitalogy a dozen more times.

    I agree with "all"!

    But my must haves
    No Code
    Binaural
    Vitalogy
    VS
    Yield
and I actually enjoy RVM, I like that their is the mellow disk and the not so mellow disk. So I can put in whichever is fitting my mood. PLUS it has I Got Shit on it so right there tells you that you have to have it!

Oh crap I think Lost Dogs is needed for Hard To Imagine and Dirty Frank!
