what kind of cameras did they use to film Immagine In Cornice?

I remember hearing that they used pretty much nothing but consumer miniDV camcorders for filming TB2000 and Live at the Garden, but the HD footage they had from the actual shows on IIC seemed pretty high-end. I wouldn't be surprised if they were simply HD consumer camcorders that were used. anyone know?

    Super 8.

    for the gigs:
    big Pro HD cameras on dollies (can't be bothered digging out the photos).

    the backstage / street stuff was probably miniDV or even super 8 for the stuff Ed filmed from the stage.

    i think that they shot both super 8 and hd. this could come out on blu ray.
    there is an hd master.
