ITW cd questions...

i have heard the music already but was wondering...

im looking to buy the ITW cd...usually when i buy a cd i know i like, i like to buy the best edition. so im wondering if there ever was a hard copy edition that has all the extra songs on it that are available on the "deluxe edition"...if i buy it from itunes i get 4 extra tracks....but id like to get the art work and pacakging for the cd....but i want the extra tracks to be there...

was a deluxe edition of ITW released to stores? or is it only on itunes?

    basically it was a combo of the Lp and 45 from the 10club on iTunes. I was guilty of buying both the cd and iTunes also... Wish I was fortunate enough to buy the vinyl from the club.
