I believe West Virginia has not been visited.  There's a thread for WV.  The tour can be called the leftovers and cancellation tour:  Alaska, Delaware, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Raleigh (missed in 2016).  Through  in some new locations to make it worthwhile.

Would also like to see some shows in Japan next year if Australia is scheduled.

Would like to see countries/cities never played and cancellations in the next few years.  I know bands play South Africa but not sure about other countries in Africa.  Eastern Europe---Estonia and Lithuania.
