TODAY after a few collectors friends didn't got a copy last night, when I saw it was back on sale, I ordered two more, in separate orders. System allow me... I'm no flipper, and I don't want to do a good deal with this. I just ordered 2 extra copies for friends. Now I got only one on my order history, the first one... I'm glad and thankful, as I said before, but I think I can't be compared to a greedy person who ordered by dozens... I don't know...
My friend who was a former member for many rears, has now lost his copy...
Great respectful post. You should PM him.
Thanks Dimi for the kind words. Let's hope next SA tour we can see you pearljamming in an argentinean crowd!

Have just emailed the 10C about my order, basically I bought one and then seen they were still available and bought one as a present for my sister.
I would understand if people were pulling the piss about it and ordering a load but I dont see why we should be punished when it wasnt said no more than one order.
I have bought thousands of euro worth of merch over the years (and can take photos of every single item including the Into The Wild vinyl) to prove I never have flipped anything, and still own everything, and have no intention to flip anything so its a bit dissapointing to have orders canceled0 -

Yea but if memory serves me correctly on the Benaroya LP there was advance notice and a designated "on-sale" date and time.

I remember buying the CD online the moment it went on sale and there was the option for LP. I laughed and said why the hell would I buy it on record? hahaha

There was an onsale date, but don't think a time was specified. So if i read Santos facebook post and Tim's tweet on twitter, does that = double cliques and make me extra popular??
The fact that someone even had to type up such a long "rule" about that still blows my mind really....0 -
Damn..the things you miss when you're out of town since Weds hahaha0

I didn't get a copy.
I'm sick of these motherfucking 10c 'rules'. A friend of mine and a member of this forum bought one for me about 15 min after they posted the message. He got the confirmation emails, everything. I was out that night, so he called me for me to be cool about it because he managed to score two of them - so there was no need for me to rush into an internet café at 1 a.m. to try to buy one. I am a member, I could have easily gone somewhere and buy one.
The next day, they posted some more for sale saying that they were limited to 1. That's fair game, because the night before, people were buying by the dozens - BUT, how can they fucking go and cancel orders from the day before just because they felt like it??? If Santos or whoever the fuck fucked up when they posted it with no limit, it's their bad. They should be held accountable for that. Them canceling the orders for those that bought more than one the day before it's like them canceling all orders because they messed up on the price and instead of selling them at $25, they want to sell it at $250 - so all orders purchased at $25 will be cancelled. Let's see people taking that as calm as they're taking it now.
Fuck that. It's insane and it proves that 10c is land of no one. They do whatever they want with no responsibility whatsoever.
A friend of mine ordered a Songbook for me, it never got here. I called to get a replacement order, they said they didn't have a single copy to account for those that may have been lost in the mail. But worry not, they refund him the $39.... which is the same as fuck-all since books are going for 200 USD on eBay.
Someone should step in and say something. Or better yet, do something.0 -

See, that's the thing... I'm a serious collector - and to me it's not JUST a vinyl... that's why I take it so seriously. To me not getting one, means I'm going to spend maybe 10 times more on eBay buying to someone else. That's unacceptable since I already had mine in a hussle-free transaction. Oh wait... this is 10c, nothing is hussle-free.0 -

i hear ya, but just breaking it to you now, before the "support" of your peers starts flooding in.0 -
Ok so apparently it is NOT in the goods section anymore?? Or is it somewhere other than in the vinyl section??0

Yeah you are right time was specified as midnight PST, I remember wanting to wait but I had just given birth 10 days before and staying up for a vinyl was not one of my priorities, they were still available when I woke up in the morning, bought mine at around 8am est"Without the album covers, where do you clean your pot?" - EV0
