    Indeed. But just to add to it, and this is of course my own opinion, any news about a celebrity is pretty much worthless... yet a lot of our society eats it up like it's a delicacy.

    Try watching ABC World News with Diane Sawyer, it makes Yahoo look like hard hitting journalism. If it's not some fluff piece, celebrity news, news about Facebook, or a news story that draws parallels to a film/TV show, so they can intercut the story with scenes from it, then they hardly report on it.
