Watched the highlights. All of which were in the last minute. haha. Imagine being that goalie. You'll be on those throwaway "best comebacks/worst collapses" sports shows for years to come.

Hopefully. I’d love to see the Jets make a run.

I get the sentiment, but I miss the days when politics wasn’t part of every facet of life. You didn’t know who people voted for, and even if you did, you could respect it and move on. Guess that’s what happens when you live in/next to a fascist state.

Went to see the Kings stomp the hapless Ducks in LA last week.  Got glass seats through a friend and his wife - one of their vendors has them all season and sports his clients.  Awesome view, for a game, although sitting where you can see end to end action is preferred for most visits.
Stoked for playoffs....hate that Kings draw Oil for 4th year in a row but it surely does feel like old school matchups where you always seemed to play a rival.

I went to a Kings game in Jan. 2007 when I visited LA and they weren't any good but they won and I enjoyed the experience there. I like their games on radio on the NHL app late at night on the East Coast.

    Two things..

    1. I think if you're sitting on the glass, where you are is the best place.  There really aren't any blind spots, not like if you sit on the glass on the sideboards.  Then you miss a lot.

    2. I don't like the playoff format today.  Too many first round repeats.  Lightning are set to play the Panthers AGAIN.  Year after year, it seems, we play them.  I prefer a pure 1-8 format.

    Agree....on 1.
2, I also agree, but I do think back to when I was growing up in New England and saw a lot of Habs Bruins and it was a fun rivalry.
Losing to oilers a 4th time in a row will break my heart and brain as a Kings fan.
2 of the game's best players means a team needs to really stay focused.
    No dumb penalties!

McDavid can strike so quickly.  You think you have them under control and it takes one second of a D man getting caught deep, or being too wide and suddenly you lose.  It's crazy.

I know you were stressing last night. I thought the Jets defense got wide too often. But they played a great third which is what you want. Beat the curse!

Ya got that right. But that bullet from Connor with 1:26 left was cinema.

I've been impatiently waiting for the Battle of Florida to start tomorrow! Tampa's well-rested, Vasy's back to normal, and they'll hopefully get out of the first round for the first time since the Cup final in 22.

I'm still searching for a ticket for Hollywood N2, but have the room booked, and game 3 is on that Saturday at 1pm in Ft. Lauderdale. Playoff hockey and a PJ show in one day?! It'd be epic.

only good thing about the battle of florida is that one team will lose.

I really like this roster. We improved our scoring depth and the defense is much improved over the past two years. Be nice for Bjorkstrand to get healthy. He was just getting into a groove when he went down.
