Arc on bootleg

I love that small, haunting song, but it seems to be edited out of the two bootlegs I have downloaded so far.

Anyone know of a bootleg that actually has the song?

    I've always wondered this as well.

    As far as I know, none of the official bootlegs have "Arc" on them for some reason. On my Chicago '03, you can hear about a second or two of it as "Corduroy" is kicking in, but that's about the extent of it.

    they were left off the official recordings, as a show of respect. played live 9 times for the 9 fallen and you had to be there to experience it.

    Thanks. I didn't realize it was as a show of respect that they were left off. I figured Ed wasn't happy with the way it sounded on the recordings or something, but now that I think about it, they made the 2003 bootlegs available for download within a few hours of the show's end so there's little chance he'd have heard them.

    On a side note, it kills me the way so many of the YouTube commenters are chastising the audience for not listening in silence. It's not as though he explained the meaning behind it. People were probably just reacting the way they normally would to a great vocal performance.

    I'd not seen those before. It's such an amazing song to see Ed perform live. Was definitely like a religious experience at his shows in Oz in March.

    Wow, I was at the Chicago 03 show, almost forgot about that part. I remember sitting in the nosebleeds and wondering where all the background vocals were coming from (this was before I understood the mechanics of recording/playing on a loop live...).

    Really? There's crowd noises in there, but they could be the mixed in from the beginning of the show.

    It's also on the Eddie solo tour DVD: 'Water on the Road'.
