    Can I task one of you guys to be the "music guy" for the preparty? Pretty simple, really. Just come up with a playlist (favorite/local bootlegs, recent shows, whatever). We should need about 4-5 hours of music, preferably on a device that is portable that can hook into their sound system.

    Can anyone (besides Vant...we all know your desire for NOT wanting to hear PJ before the show) help with this? I would also then prefer that you can arrive at or before 2pm to help set up or get it to me beforehand. Thanks in advance!

    Is it a requirement to play PJ?

    Because I'm with Vant. Pj20 parking lot was the worst.

    ditto - pre-party for Wrigley was a little agonizing at times as well.

    I'm guessing it is not a requirement...but is preferred. Why not just play the 2003 show and the 2 2006 shows and call it a day? Or throw in some side project material. My guess is that the volume of the people IN the place will trump any music played anyway.

    It's cool. I was more wondering. And it'll be easy enough to ignore. It's just one of those concert rules for me. Day of. No listening to the band and no wearing the bands shirt

    I have several bootlegs where Ed says newlyweds request just breathe or there are proposals to that song. Makes the guys seem like a wedding band or something. It just rubs me the wrong way. I also think the "play (insert song) in (insert city)" threads are pretty pathetic too, but that's just me.

    Agree with Z regarding 80's teen movies. As for 90's... Freddie Prinze Jr even though he's a pretty bad actor. He was just perfect for the time. She's All That, I Know What You Did Last Summer 1 and Too, Down to You..That's about it

    They are still doing spinoffs and direct to video releases of the Bring it On movies like 15 years after the original. I was 17 in 2000, worked in a movie theatre and lived in a small town, so I saw a lot of movies for free.

    I remember seeing "Whatever it Takes" and realizing years later James Franco was in it.
