It's not even new. Stinky Possum definitely burned the CD and are now selling it. Cool pick tho. I'm mad that I missed out on the pre-sale but I'm not paying $50+ for a used Jeff Ament CD

It sucks and it's shady, but people can do what they want with it once they buy it.

why do people surf ebay for items to then complain about on a message board? i dont get it. its their gear, let them sell it if they want.

only reason i can think of is its actually the op auction and they want to promote it?

It is all about the pick. There is one on ebay without the pick, I bet it does.nt even reach $20. So people are paying $40-$50 for a guitar pick. Some people must have a lot of disposable income.

Sorry to disappoint but it's not my auction. I have never sold any PJ item on ebay. I came across it cause I was looking for the Las Vegas 10 year anniversary show bootleg. Just made me do a double take. I'm not ripping on the seller, good for him. I'm scratching my head that people would pay $50+ for a now used CD with a pick inside.

I gave my pick away on the condition it not be sold. Thank god there are good people here in the pit. i hate that ebay shit. once Tone sells out, i wish folks would just do B&Ps rather than try to make a buck. but maybe i'm just too freakin' idealistic.

Do you think this album will be tough to come across in ~2 weeks? I was considering ordering from that site in a couple weeks but am worried about having to pay inflated ebay prices if they sell out so I am thinking now might be better just to be safe.
