Mudhoney

After watching Mudhoney on the Canadian tour I have a couple questions

1) What songs would you recommend to start a Mudhoney collection. I really liked what I heard but really only know "Touch Me I'm Sick".

2) Does anyone know the name of the song used to play Mudhoney on stage for the tour. I could make out a lyric about "Seattle, the Emerald City" but that's not enough for Google.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tomorrow hit today is my least favourite Mudhoney album to be honest.
  • I would recommend starting with "My Brother The Cow" its possibly they're most accessible for beginners and hasn't a bad track. Enjoy :D

I'm a big advocate of The Lucky Ones, released in 2008. It's a very solid rock record full of great songs.

Try to get hold of their best of 'March To Fuzz'. If you get the 2cd version it has a rarities disc, between the two you'll get a pretty good feel for Mudhoney

The Lucky Ones are already gone..catchy feel good song. Met Mark and guitarist on an elevator in Toronto. said i was really digging their lyrics (particularly that song). They both looked at each other and said, 'that's probably a bad idea. Wait til after the tour.'
