Bought a Benny hall vinyl today

Was on ebay this morning and I saw it. I have every PJ vinyl except for this so it has been bugging me for a while. I figure it isn't going down in price at all, it will only go up so I might as well get it now vs paying more a few years down the road. I just sold my 2007 GMC Sierra pickup to downsize and I purchased a 1997 Blazer so I had some money in the bank. My wife wasn't to keen on it but she saw the pictures on PJ collectors and she even liked it. It comes with the poster as well which is cool. Also the vinyl hasn't been out of the 10c box so it's brand new. I don't like saying what I paid for things but I know it will be asked, so it cost $850. I know I could have waited and possibly found it cheaper, but who knows. The poster has to be worth something cause posters seem to be a huge thing to collect. So whatever, I got it and I am happy.

PS: Don't post that I got screwed either cause I know that anyone on here who has a sealed copy wouldn't part with it for much less if at all.

    Don't let anyone judge you. You wanted it, and the only way to get it was to pay for it. What are you supposed to do, build a time machine and buy it for $40 when it was sold by the Ten Club?

    That's exactly what I plan on doing. I'm not buying it to let it collect dust on a shelf. I'm gonna enjoy it like it was meant to be enjoyed. Besides I can't wait to see inside the packaging.

    I just bought a brand new still in the box Benny Hall last week for 750 and I'm very happy I did! I started a thread a while back called "What's the worst PJ Item you've sold/traded?" and mine was my Benny Hall back in '04. I bought it for about 230 off ebay back then and ended up selling it for about the same to buy my ex a tiffany's ring. Worst PJ decision I made! ha! But I'm sure glad to own one again! Wont make that mistake twice! :)

    it's not in the original mailing box, but the seal is not "broken" other than where they cut a small slit in the back to hand number the set. since every set was originall delivered exactly like that, it can still be considered "sealed"...

    its good to have a passion in life. fuckem if they judge you for spending money on what you like. i just dropped some big cash on a dusseldorf A/P #8...and i dont feel bad at all, i love it! my roommate gave me shit but he doesnt get it...

    a vinyl may be even better, cause its visual art and you can hear it!

    to the dude who sold the benny for a ring....and then bought the benny back! ...Fuckin A! i think i woulda done the same thing!

    $35 from the 10C. still sealed. one of the lowest numbers as i recall, from the unofficial "what is your Benaroya Hall vinyl #" thread.

    will trade it for a couple of pairs of the red & black PJ wrist sweat-bands that the 10C sold a few years back, as i hesitated and missed out.

    I finaly cracked and got one from ebay, $550 a few months back, been wanting one for a long time and very happy that i did:)
