Help identifying a shirt

About ten years ago a friend gave me an awesome PJ shirt and I'm curious about its origin. It's a black shirt; on the front it has the stickman and says Pearl Jam above and Alive below, and the back has an image of a sheet of paper with a set list and tape on the corners. Can anyone tell me if this was from a concert or sold in stores or something? I'm trying to figure out what year it's from.
